This Blog follows on from an earlier blog which can be found here detailing how to back up and upload your build to archive.org. This one concentrates on how to update your build after any changes.
Please follow the guide below.
Step 1. Login into your archive.org account.
Step 2. Click on your user name located at the top right of the screen and then click on “library” in the menu that appears.
Step 3. Locate the Main zip of the build you want to update and select.
Step 4. Select edit” located at the top left hand side.
step 3. Select highlighted in blue “I want to change the file in my item” This will open the file editing page.
Step 5. Scroll down to the Directory tree. Right click on bold items and delete.
Repeat this for all the 3 items in bold.
Step 6. Now that you have deleted the old zip files you will need to replace it with the new one. It is imperative the updated zip is named exactly the same as the old one. To add your new zip file right click on tree root file inside the directory tree and click Add.
Step 7. Locate your updated zip. Making sure it is named exactly the same as the original zip.
Then select Open.
Step 8. Now select Upload.
This part may take a while depending on the size of your build, you will know its complete when you see a green tick on the right.
Step 9. Once your upload is complete and you see the green tick scroll towards the bottom of the page and select Update item.
The website will make your changes.
Your build is now updated and ready for all on The Community Wizard.
